Object detection
Find and classify people, vehicles, products, defects — anything you can label, in real time.
Tell us what your cameras see and what you need to know. We design, train, and deploy a custom vision system around your environment — factories, airports, warehouses, and beyond.

Capabilities
Find and classify people, vehicles, products, defects — anything you can label, in real time.
Follow objects across frames and cameras. Count throughput, dwell time, and flow.
Flag intrusions, restricted-zone breaches, falls, and out-of-pattern events the moment they happen.
Verify helmets, vests, and procedures on the line — automatic, auditable, continuous.
Read license plates, container codes, labels, and serials straight off the feed.
Turn movement into dashboards — congestion, utilization, and traffic patterns over time, all on your own hardware.
How we build
We map the problem, the environment, and what success looks like.
Collect and label footage from your site — or bootstrap from existing cameras.
Build and tune models for your exact conditions, hardware, and accuracy targets.
Ship to the edge, the cloud, or a hybrid — integrated with your systems.
Monitor, retrain, and improve. A production system, not a prototype.
Frequently asked
If a camera can see it, we can usually build for it. Past and active scopes include factory and manufacturing lines (defect detection, PPE compliance, line counting), airports and transport hubs (queue analytics, restricted-area monitoring), warehouses and logistics, and physical security perimeters. We start from your specific problem rather than fitting you to an existing product.
We begin with a scoping call to understand the problem, the environment, and the success criteria. From there Simat Labs handles data collection, model training, integration, and deployment end-to-end. You get a production system with ongoing support — not a proof-of-concept that stalls. Most engagements start with a paid pilot on a single site before scaling.
It depends on the workload. Many solutions run on your existing IP or RTSP cameras plus a small on-premise edge box or GPU server; high-scale or multi-site deployments can use the cloud or a hybrid setup. We specify compatible hardware during scoping and work within your existing infrastructure wherever possible.
Timelines depend on complexity, but a focused single-site pilot typically goes live within a few weeks of scoping and data access. Broader, multi-site, or novel detection tasks take longer — we give a concrete timeline after the scoping call once requirements are clear.
